By accessing or using VidFarmer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VidFarmer is an AI-powered tool that generates short-form video reels (9:16 MP4) from a text prompt. It uses third-party AI models (Groq, OpenAI), stock footage (Pexels), and video processing (FFmpeg) to produce the output.
You may use VidFarmer as a guest (1 reel) or sign in with Google for a free account (5 reels/month). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use VidFarmer to generate content that:
You own the output reels you generate. We do not claim any rights over your generated videos.
Stock footage is sourced from Pexels under the Pexels License, which permits free commercial use without attribution. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the platform policies where you publish.
We provide VidFarmer on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generation quality depends on third-party AI and stock footage APIs which may change or become unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidFarmer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or lost profits.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
